The placing of a product on this site shall constitute an invitation to accept offers for the products and shall not be deemed an offer to sell the product.

All orders for products shall constitute offers to purchase and shall be subject to acceptance by BBQcentre.com.

BBQcentre.com is entitled to refuse and/or cancel any order placed.

If the order is accepted, confirmation of acceptance of the order will be made by email or telephone.

The customer undertakes that all details provided to BBQcentre.com for the purpose of purchasing products are correct, that the credit card the customer is using is their own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the purchase of the product.

BBQcentre.com will do its best to correct errors and omissions as soon as possible after notification.

BBQcentre.com will not be liable for incidental, indirect or consequential damages which may arise out of the use of this website or from the purchase of any products.  Liability for any claim against BBQcentre.com for direct loss or damage shall not exceed the maximum value of the products purchased.  Claims should be notified to BBQcentre.com as a matter of urgency or within 21 days of purchase.  This does not affect or limit Customer’s Statutory rights.

BBQcentre.com will not be liable for Customer negligence, improper installation, vandalisation or unauthorised alteration or attachment to equipment other than our own.

Quoted delivery times apply to working days only.

Delivery costs are for UK Mainland delivery only.  International delivery may be subject to additional delivery charges.  BBQcentre.com are not liable for duty/seizure costs incurred during the International delivery.

A signature may be required upon delivery.

All contracts and disputes arising from the use of this web site shall be governed by and settled according to English law.
