| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept credit card payment and payment by cheque. For payment by credit card, the delivery address must be the same as the cardholder's address. Cheques should be payable to "BBQcentres.com". Despatch will only be made after funds are cleared. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Switch. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. Shipping And Handling The shipping charges for the UK mainland as shown on checking out are calculated as per the scale shown below. You can cancel your order at any time prior to delivery. However if any item has already been despatched and delivery is refused or the order cancelled, there will still be a charge made for the delivery costs plus VAT. Obviously if the goods have not been despatched, no charge is made and you will receive a full refund by the same means that you paid us.
